The Institut de la Màcula participates actively in the 90th Congress of the Spanish Ophthalmology Society

A representation from the Institut de la Màcula will play an active part in the 90th Congress of the Spanish Ophthalmology Society, to be held at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao from 1-4 October.

Dr. Paula Verdaguer and Dr. José Nieto will attend the Congress and its lectures on behalf of the Institut. Dr. Nieto will give a lecture on the subspeciality of Ocular Plastic Surgery in which he will explain blepharoplasty, a new less invasive technique for surgery on palpebral bags.

The Congress’s scientific programme will be broader and more varied than ever, featuring guests of great expertise, sessions with original content and the presentation of research prizes by the Gangoiti Foundation.
