Dr. Jordi Monés speaks at the Mácula 2016 course

A distinguished group from the medical and healthcare team of the Institut de la Màcula took part in the intensive course, Mácula 2016: Diagnosis and treatment of macular pathologies, organised in Barcelona last weekend by the Barraquer University Institute and the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Dr Jordi Monés spoke at the session devoted to the atrophic type of Age-Related Macular Degeneration (AMD). The Director of the Institut de la Màcula covered cluster analysis in patient groups with this pathology, a research methodology applied to some of the recent projects in which the Institut has been involved.
