GAIN. Characterization of geographic atrophy progression in patients with age-related macular degeneration: evolution and risk factors associated with geographic atrophy progression 26/03/2013

Description
The aims of this study are 1) to describe the natural history of geographic atrophy and identify potential risk factors associated with a faster spread of atrophy and 2) to better characterize autofluorescence and high-resolution optical coherent tomography progression changes that may be used to develop rational therapies.
