Dr. Jordi Monés kicks off the sixth celebration of the Muscletech Network Workshop

Dr. Jordi Monés, an ophthalmologist and specialist in Macula, Retina and Vitreous Body Disorders at the Institut de la Màcula and Futbol Club Barcelona's Member of the Board of Directors responsible of the Medical and Perfomance Department, will now be kicking off the sixth celebration of the Muscletech Network Workshop, which will be held on 13 and 14 October at the Barça FC stadium, the Camp Nou. This event is a communication and outreach platform that aims to present the latest medical innovations in the area of muscles and tendons.

The speakers and participants are sector specialists who analyse, explore and introduce new channels and mechanisms to strengthen cooperation among the research groups of hospitals and universities.

Hosted by the Leitat Technological Center, the Futbol Club Barcelona and Aspetar, the Workshop is now celebrating its sixth edition. This year, the event will be focusing on the research of the injuries to the hamstring muscles and will be featuring the participation of researchers of vast international prestige.
