Dr. Anna Sala represents the Institut de la Màcula at the 19th SERV Congress

Dr. Anna Sala, the ophthalmologist specialising in macula, retina and vitreous at the Institut de la Màcula, will attend the Congress of the Spanish Retina and Vitreous Society (SERV) on 6-7 March.

SERV, a scientific association, holds its congress annually. The event, which reaches its 19^th edition this year, is aimed at promoting the study of retinal, choroid and vitreous diseases.

One of Spain’s most important in the field of ophthalmology, the Congress will set out the principal progress made in the specialty. There will also be round tables on developments at the Society.

In addition, this edition will bestow the Prize for the Best Communication 2015, a bronze sculpture that is the society’s symbol together with prize money of €2,000.
