Dr. Marta Pazos participates actively at the 1st Catalonia Retina Conference organised by Novartis

Dr. Marta Pazos, the ophthalmologist specialised in glaucoma at the Institut de la Màcula, will play an active part in the first Catalonia Retina Conference organised by the Novartis laboratory on 31 October. Aimed at retinologists, the course will review clinical cases and the latest developments in the field of Diabetic Macular Edema.

Dr. Pazos will assess the possible adverse effects on introcular pressure of current treatments for Diabetic Macular Edema and, in particular, the injecting of corticoid substances.
